The tower
È notte. Il cielo è di un colore blu scuro, quasi verde. C’è una luna grandissima e bianca. La luna brilla molto forte e illumina tutto il bosco. Ci sono tante piccole stelle nel cielo che sembrano diamanti. Al centro della scena c’è una gatta di nome Nerina, piccola e molto curiosa, seduta sopra un ponte di legno. Sotto il ponte c’è un piccolo fiume calmo e pulito, dove si vede il riflesso della luna e della gatta.
It is night. The sky is a dark blue color, almost green. There is a very large and white moon. The moon shines very brightly and illuminates the whole forest. There are many small stars in the sky that look like diamonds. In the center of the scene, there is a cat named Nerina, small and very curious, sitting on a wooden bridge. Under the bridge, there is a small, calm, and clean river, where you can see the reflection of the moon and the cat.
Nerina guarda a destra verso una vecchia torre di pietra scura con una piccola finestra misteriosa. La gatta decide di esplorarla, cammina nell’erba fresca e attraversa il bosco silenzioso. Il sentiero è stretto e gli alberi hanno rami lunghi, ma Nerina è coraggiosa. Arriva alla torre, entra e sale cento gradini di una scala a chiocciola.
Nerina looks to the right toward an old dark stone tower with a small, mysterious window. The cat decides to explore it, walks through the fresh grass, and crosses the silent forest. The path is narrow and the trees have long branches, but Nerina is brave. She arrives at the tower, enters, and climbs a hundred steps of a spiral staircase.
In cima alla torre, Nerina incontra un grande corvo nero di nome Nero. I due notano che i loro nomi sono quasi uguali perché sono entrambi neri. Nero è lì per guardare le stelle, mentre Nerina è lì per scoprire i segreti della torre. Diventano subito amici in quel posto speciale.
At the top of the tower, Nerina meets a large black bird named Nero. The two notice that their names are almost the same because they are both black. Nero is there to watch the stars, while Nerina is there to discover the secrets of the tower. They immediately become friends in that special place.
In un angolo trovano una ciotola d’oro con del latte magico per Nerina e un seme magico per Nero. Nerina diventa la regina della torre e Nero il suo guardiano. Dalla finestra vedono tutto il bosco piccolissimo e Nerina si addormenta felice sotto la luna bianca insieme al suo nuovo amico. È stata una bellissima avventura.
In a corner, they find a golden bowl with magic milk for Nerina and a magic seed for Nero. Nerina becomes the queen of the tower and Nero her guardian. From the window, they see the whole forest looking very small, and Nerina falls asleep happily under the white moon with her new friend. It was a beautiful adventure.
